FxBytes

Company

An engineering firm that starts with a decision, not a backlog.

FxBytes has built enterprise software since 2010 — on Salesforce, on ServiceNow, and from scratch. That range is why we can be honest about which one your problem needs.

Position

Why we changed how we describe ourselves

  1. For years the industry sold capacity: developers, hours, stacks. That market is being commoditised by exactly the technology it sells, and it was never what clients actually needed from us.

  2. What clients need is a defensible answer to a harder question: of the dozens of workflows running this business, which should we pay a vendor for, which should we extend, and which are so central that renting them is a strategic mistake?

  3. We kept every capability we had — platform engineering, custom development, integration, embedded teams — and organised them around that question instead of around technology labels.

Principles

Four things we hold to

Judgement before delivery

The most valuable thing we do happens before a line of code: deciding what should exist at all.

Small senior teams

We staff engagements with people who have shipped systems that outlived their project plan.

Ownership as default

Code, IP and infrastructure belong to the client. Retention through usefulness, not lock-in.

Boring where it counts

Mainstream stacks and standard patterns for the parts that must run for a decade.

Track record

Fifteen years, condensed

  1. 2010

Founded as a software engineering firm

Custom web and mobile delivery for growing businesses.

  2. 2015

    Enterprise platform practice

Salesforce and ServiceNow work alongside custom development.

  3. 2019

    Integration-led programmes

Multi-system operational platforms rather than single applications.

  4. 2023

    AI changes delivery economics

Ownership becomes viable for a far wider set of workflows.

  5. 2026

    Rent, extend, own

The decision model becomes how we open every engagement.

We are not an outsourcing marketplace.

We take a position on what your business should own, and we are accountable for it.
