Service · Custom CRM
Custom CRM development for a pipeline that isn’t generic.
When your sales or service process has rules no standard CRM can express, the workaround layer becomes the system. We build the part that is genuinely yours — and leave the rest rented.

Standard CRMs are excellent at contacts, deals and reporting. They struggle with the specific: configured pricing, multi-party approvals, territory rules that follow contracts rather than geography, service commitments that differ per customer, or a qualification process that depends on data living somewhere else.
Teams compensate with custom fields, automations and a spreadsheet that holds the real logic. It works until the person maintaining the spreadsheet leaves, or until a change that should take a day takes a quarter.
Custom CRM development is the answer to that specific problem — not a wholesale rejection of the platform you already pay for.
What you get
A CRM shaped around your actual pipeline
Stages, fields and rules that match how your team sells and delivers, including the exceptions people currently handle by hand.
The decision logic, encoded and testable
Pricing, discount approval, routing and eligibility written as code with tests, so changing a rule is a small, safe deployment.
Integrations to the systems of record
Accounting, ERP, support and marketing tools connected so nobody reconciles two versions of the truth manually.
Reporting your leadership trusts
One operational view built on your data, rather than a dashboard that needs a monthly manual rebuild.
Documentation and handover
Runbooks, architecture notes and onboarding docs so your team can run and extend the system without us.
How it runs
- 01
Map one revenue workflow
We follow a single path end to end and write down the steps, the systems and every manual intervention.
- 02
Classify it honestly
Rent, extend or own. If configuration in your existing CRM solves it, we say so and there is nothing to build.
- 03
Ship a thin vertical slice
One complete path in production with real users and real data, proving the model before scope grows.
- 04
Extend against numbers
Cycle time, manual touches removed, quote accuracy. New features are justified by movement in those measures.
- 05
Hand it over
Your repository, your accounts, documented — with our involvement reducing by design.
Questions we get asked
- Should we build a custom CRM or configure Salesforce or HubSpot?
- Most companies should extend a platform rather than replace it. A custom CRM earns its place when your pipeline, pricing or service logic is genuinely unusual, when per-seat licensing is shaping the process rather than the reverse, or when the platform cannot express a rule your revenue depends on. We say plainly which of those applies.
- How long does a custom CRM take to build?
- A usable first version covering one end-to-end path — capture, qualify, quote, close — typically goes live in six to ten weeks. Full replacement of an incumbent CRM takes longer and is usually staged, module by module, with both systems running in parallel for a period.
- What does custom CRM development cost?
- A focused pilot on one workflow is normally a five-figure engagement. A full operational CRM depends on how many workflows, integrations and users are involved. We give a range on the first call and a fixed scope before any build starts.
- Can it work alongside the CRM we already have?
- Yes, and often that is the better design. The existing CRM stays the record of contacts and deals, while the logic that decides pricing, routing or eligibility moves into a layer you own, reading and writing through documented interfaces.
- Who owns the resulting system?
- You do. Source code, database schema and IP are yours from the first commit, held in your repositories and your cloud accounts.
